This site is short on tracking, by design. Here's what's collected and why.

What we collect

• Anonymous analytics. Google Analytics 4 records pageviews, scroll depth, share-button clicks, and Instagram-follow clicks. No personally identifiable information is collected. IP addresses are anonymized.
• Server logs. The web server records standard request data (URL, IP, user agent, referrer) for security monitoring. Logs are rotated and not shared.
• Email, if you write to us. If you email [email protected], we obviously have your email. We do not add you to any list. We do not share it with anyone.

What we don't collect

• No newsletter signup form on this site. No email list.
• No retargeting pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
• No third-party chat widgets.
• No selling or sharing of any reader data with anyone, ever.

Cookies

The only cookies set by this site are first-party Google Analytics cookies (anonymous, used to estimate session length). No third-party advertising cookies.

Children

This site is for women aged 35 and up and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Your rights

If you want any data we have on you (server log entries, your email if you've written to us) deleted, email [email protected] with the subject “data deletion” and we'll handle it within 30 days.
